SCARFACE
Meet Scarface, one of Belize’s most iconic saltwater crocodiles, known for his rugged charm and unmistakable facial scars that earned him his name. Scarface thrives in Belize’s coastal mangroves and lagoons, where he plays a vital role as an apex predator. These crocs can grow over 16 feet long, live up to 70 years, and have a bite force of more than 3,000 psi—stronger than a lion’s! Despite their fearsome reputation, American crocodiles are surprisingly shy and mostly hunt at night, feasting on fish, crabs, and small mammals. Scarface isn’t just a local legend....he’s a living reminder of Belize’s rich biodiversity and the importance of protecting its wetland habitats.
BUBBLES
Bubbles is no ordinary turtle—she’s a tiny explorer with a heart as big as the ocean! Born beneath the waves off Caye Caulker, she spends her days gliding through coral gardens, chasing shimmering fish, and playing peek-a-boo with sunbeams.
She loves seaweed snacks, belly tickles from curious crabs, and popping up for fresh air just to say hi. Bubbles always brings joy wherever she swims, leaving a trail of smiles and gentle ripples behind her.
